Counselling for Adults
Initial sessions are an opportunity to build rapport and establish a foundation of trust in a safe, supportive environment. These sessions focus on understanding your unique needs by exploring your history, current challenges, and personal goals. Together, we will identify your priorities and develop a tailored plan that aligns with your hopes and aspirations, setting the stage for meaningful progress on your journey.
Session fee: $150
Extended sessions offer the time and space needed to delve into more complex or layered issues, allowing for a deeper exploration of emotions, patterns, and experiences. With a focus on in-depth support, these sessions create an opportunity for reflection and meaningful progress, ensuring every aspect of your journey is addressed with care. The additional time provides a flexible space to process challenging topics at your own pace, fostering thorough understanding and personalised growth toward your goals.
Session fee: $150
Standard sessions typically begin with a check-in to explore your feelings and focus areas, followed by a deep dive into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours using tailored therapeutic approaches that can support with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma recovery, stress management, grief and loss or life traditions. Together, you’ll build awareness, identify patterns, and explore connections between mind, body, and emotions so you can make long-lasting changes to improved well-being.
Session fee: $110
Counselling for Children and Adolescents
I have worked with children of all ages. Anxiety is a common reason I see children. Anxiety can feel overwhelming for children and adolescents, affecting their emotions, thoughts, and daily lives. I provide a safe, compassionate space where young people can explore their feelings, build self-awareness, and develop tools to manage anxiety. Using a holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness, breathing techniques, and evidence-based counselling strategies, I support each child or adolescent to self-regulate, regaining confidence. Together, we work towards creating a sense of calm, resilience, and balance, empowering them to thrive in their own unique way.
Session fee: $110
