Initial & Extended Counselling Session 90 mins

Initial sessions are an opportunity to build rapport and establish a foundation of trust in a safe, supportive environment. Child & Adolescent Counselling 55 mins

I have worked with children of all ages. Anxiety is a common reason I see children. Anxiety can feel overwhelming for children and adolescents, affecting their emotions, thoughts, and daily lives. I provide a safe, compassionate space where young people can explore their feelings, build self-awareness, and develop tools to manage anxiety.

Using a holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness, breathing techniques, and evidence-based counselling strategies, I support each child or adolescent to self-regulate, regaining confidence. Together, we work towards creating a sense of calm, resilience, and balance, empowering them to thrive in their own unique way.

Standard Counselling Session 55 mins

I offer counselling to men and women either in person or via Zoom. Sessions typically begin with a check-in to explore your feelings and focus areas, followed by a deep dive into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors using tailored therapeutic approaches.
